GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read the following guidelines carefully before participating in the NDA Olympiad.
TEST STRUCTURE & PROCESS
- Two-Phase Assessment: Phase-I is an online examination conducted from home; Phase-II is an offline on-campus assessment for invited candidates.
- Independent Status: The NDA Olympiad is an independent initiative organized by Rajasthan NDA Academy and is not affiliated with UPSC, the NDA, or the Ministry of Defence.
- Single Registration: Each candidate can hold only one registration and make a single attempt per test cycle.
PERFORMANCE, SCHOLARSHIPS & REWARDS
- Combined Evaluation: All scholarships, cash rewards, laptops, tablets, international educational tours, and other prizes will be awarded strictly based on the student's combined performance across Phase-I and Phase-II examinations.
- Concession Basis: Scholarships range from 5% to 100% and apply solely as tuition fee concessions for the specified academic session. They do not cover hostel, mess, transport, books, or incidental charges.
- Non-Transferable: Scholarships, prizes, and rewards cannot be transferred to another student, session, or exchanged for cash.
- Withdrawal Penalty: If a student withdraws admission from Class 12 (after enrolling in Class 11) or Class 10 (after enrolling in Class 9), the scholarship stands canceled, and full original fees for the prior year must be paid upon withdrawal.
INTERNATIONAL EDUCATIONAL TOUR CONDITIONS
- Admission Mandatory: The international tour is awarded only to qualifying students who take admission at the Academy for the target academic session.
- No Cash Equivalent: Winners cannot request a cash equivalent, nor will compensation be provided for voluntary opt-outs or visa rejections.
TIE-BREAKING CRITERIA
- Classes up to 10th: Determined by marks in Mathematics → Science → English.
- Classes 11th & 12th: Determined by marks in Mathematics/Biology → Physics → Chemistry.
- Final Tie-Breaker: If a tie persists, the younger candidate (by date of birth) will be awarded the higher rank.
CONDUCT, INTEGRITY & DISCRETION
- Test Integrity: Use of unfair means, external assistance, device sharing, or unauthorized software during tests will result in immediate disqualification.
- Management Discretion: In case of any dispute or ambiguity, the decision of the Academy Management regarding exam evaluation, ranks, scholarships, and reward eligibility shall be final and binding.

Students from Grade 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th & 12th can apply.
Phase-I is conducted online, in which students can appear from home. The shortlisted students will be called for Phase-II at the Rajasthan NDA Academy campus.
The Scholarship Test syllabus is based on the syllabus of the student’s current class, as prescribed by NCERT. Students can download the detailed syllabus and exam pattern from website.
The scholarship is based on your performance in the Scholarship Test. Higher performance can lead to a higher scholarship. This will be completely transparent as per the academy's scholarship policy.
Yes, you can get up to 100% scholarship on tuition fee based on your performance and the academy's scholarship policy and eligibility criteria.
Stage-II will be conducted offline at the Rajasthan NDA Academy campus.
No. Students who qualify in Stage-I are eligible for the next phase as per the scholarship test process. The academy will update you regarding the Stage-II exam details.
