- In case, the fee is not paid in time, a fine of ₹ 50/- per day (Calculated from the Due Date) will be levied till end of the month, and after that the name of the student will be struck off from the school rolls. Admission / Re-Admission charges will be applicable.
- Amount for School uniforms, books, notebooks / stationery etc. shall be debited from student's personal expense account.
- XII & X CBSE Direct Admission - ₹ 10000/- will be charged extra as 'CBSE Board class direct admission fee' & processing fee.
- In case of withdrawal of Admission within 0-20 days, School and / or Hostel Registration Fee + Annual Charges + 15% of the Annual Tuition Fee (mentioned in the fee chart) + One month Hostel Fee will be deducted as per the Room Category Selected + ₹ 2000/- as administrative processing fee. After 20 days no fee will be refunded. Fee refund will be done by cheque only. Refund process will be done in the month of August.
- School Plus / Sports Cancellation: Students who have registered for School Plus / Sports, in case of cancellation of admission (within 20 days) at least 20% of Fee will be deducted.
- Admission / Re-Admission / Registration - School / School Plus / Sports / Hostels & Annual Charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Parents can check & verify ledger of student's personal account any time during school hours from Hostel Accounts office.

- The fees are for the whole session from the starting of new session or the new admission till the declaration of the provisional annual Exam result. The new session starts just after the declaration of the annual Exam results and the fees become payable for the new session. The old students shall have to deposit their fees within 3 days after the declaration of the provisional result. Final Result will be declared after the approval of the authorities.
- There will be no relaxation in fee for late admission, any kind of breaks and summer vacation during the session.
- The fees are prescribed for the whole session. The facility of paying the fee in three instalments has been considered for the convenience of guardians. The fee is not to be divided on the basis of year or month. No rebate in the prescribed fee will be considered in case of non-availability of or not opting any particular subject or facility.
- The fee excludes the Board Registration / Exam fee or any other external fee, practical fee etc. which is to be paid separately according to the Board rules.
- The admission of a student to the school itself means that the rules and regulations of the institution including the fee structure and facilities have been understood by the parents / guardians are acceptable to them. Also they have physically verified the same.
- The fees does not include any Tours & Picnics, Sports Tournaments, Annual Function, Costumes, Projects, Arts & Crafts etc.
- All the rights regarding rules, facilities and any kind of change in the fee etc. are reserved with the school management.
- Any Fees will only be considered as DEPOSITED with a System Generated Fee Receipt. Fee Receipt can only be obtained from school's official web portal or accounts office. School Management can ask to show the receipt for verification at any time.
- Parents are advised NOT to Deposit any amount in the personal accounts of any person claiming to be from School Management.
- The Jurisdiction for any kind of dispute would be Jhunjhunu only.
